5 thg 3, 2024 · Trade Me and the lowlife scammers can go fuck themselves If you intend to buy through Trade Me, always use the 'Ping' payment option which offers buyer protection. Not really commonly offered by actual 2nd hand sellers because there's an additional 1.95% charge ON TOP of the already exorbitant success fees. Otherwise, pickup with cash.
22 thg 6, 2022 · So many scams for buyers and sellers on Facebook. Stick with TradeMe for quality goods and Neighbourly for the free stuff. Trademe has no fees once and a while, so If you have time, prepare all your photos, titles and descriptions in advance.
Somebody gets scammed 'why didn't trade me stop this!', Trade Me tries to stop it 'why is Trade Me doing this!'. Ideally mind you the would sort this out before letting you list, but that is perhaps a barrier to entry they don't want to make, people are more motivated to comply when they have money waiting for them.
This is a general complaint post. Long time user of TM here. Used to absolutely love selling on TradeMe but feel it has been overrun with international sellers and brand new items. 30 thg 8, 2012 · Trade Me would then not make any money on the sale and therefore it would hurt their business if they did allow this practise. Onus is on the seller to accurately and honestly describe the item so there is no surprises for the buyer. In many cases, it's very hard to describe something accurately enough simply with words and two dimensional photos.

4 thg 4, 2023 · Is there any way to see a completed/removed listing on trademe? New landlord is trying to twist what was said on the trademe listing to extort us for more money. I can't find any way on the trademe help section to review the removed listing. Thanks.
I don't think I've ever bought anything new off trade me. I keep hearing about how young people want to save the world and want to make it fairer, but to save five dollars you'll get some piece of crap air freighted from China and want it delivered by a minimum wage contractor for free.
